I’m Anne Dao. I’m a Presenter, Emcee and Creative Strategist.

Anne’s vision is to bring out the best of humanity through compassion and purpose in a digital era. She is out to combat misconceptions relating to technological transformations within various industries and foster a positive dialogue around these changes. Coinciding with her purpose to humanise technology, she is first and foremost a humanitarian. She is also an active participant in the community, often seen covering cross-cultural events. Being bi-lingual and brought up by refugees parents, Anne is a first-generation Australian born Vietnamese that understands the significance of cultural representation in organisations, and her work reflects this. Anne also acts as a bridge between the arts and corporate worlds by collaborating with various musicians to bring out sophisticated sounds to add character to the ambience of events. Her work as a presenter, conference reporter, creative strategist and MC is professional and inquisitive, which tends to speak for itself. (Click here to see some her more recent work).

Where there is a misdirected fear of technological innovations and transformations in the workplace, Anne Dao’s duty is to combat these misconceptions and shed light on how these innovative technological transformations enhance workplace protocols in a positive light. She inquisitively explores the impending technological changes, as well as the underlying issues that are prevalent in today’s fast paced society.  Always at the forefront of major industry conferences such as CeBIT, Cicada Innovations and ARCS Australia, her mission is to humanise the public perception on technology innovations and uncovering other potential technology with her inquisitive candour (see more).

Consolidating her interest in technology, she has taken on roles as a host, organiser and media facilitator for a plethora of brands, conferences and events, highlighting her professional experiences. In her work, she uncovers the motivations of prominent executives in extensive conversations to discover how corporations are benefiting from these technological changes.

In light of her humanitarian efforts, she has also covered key social causes and often participates in conversations that combat sweeping generalisations across both marginalised communities and the greater community. Anne is a Purple Ribbon Ambassador that supports the elimination of violence of women.  She uses her personal experiences to reach out to other women who are struggling with the same sensitive issues.

Working across different states such as NSW, VIC and QLD, Anne is highly adaptable and comfortable in dynamic and fast-paced environments. She continues to ignite meaningful conversations around technological innovations, their challenges, benefits and possibilities simultaneously being humanitarian and artistic is what differentiates her from others.
