The story of every successful family business starts with someone who has the passion, confidence and courage to pursue a dream. They work incredibly hard to make things happen, are positive without being unrealistic and possess the resourcefulness to overcome all sorts of hurdles.

I sat down with the CEO of Omega Industries to hear how this family business was developed. It all started with a father, who out of necessity turned to painting homes to survive. The ‘small business’ eventually became a global commercial coating success story.
